At Opule, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our jewelry watches. In the event that you are not fully satisfied, we offer a comprehensive return policy that ensures a hassle-free experience. Please review our return policy below:

To be eligible for a return, the Opule jewelry watch must be in its original condition and original weight, unworn, and with all accompanying documentation, including the original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

FULL REFUND CRITERIA- IMPORTANT

1) We won't accept return requests if the watch is damaged or if any alterations to the product are made by the customer.

2) Full-amount returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product and there won't be any shipping charges on the customer for that time period.

3) The amount will be fully refunded only after receiving and analyzing the product received.

4) If any defect is found then the customer has to bear the repair charges. If any alteration is found with the gold weight of the product then the customer has to pay the difference amount on the altered gold weight and that amount will be deducted from the refund.

The eligible amount will be directly credited to the customer's bank account within 48 hours of the product being received by us.

Note: Customer will be noted by E-mail in every process of returning the product.

Post 7 DAYS RETURN CRITERIA

If the customer needs to return the product after 7 days then it will be considered gold jewelry buyback, the amount will be valued as per the 24-carat gold available in the gold jewelry watch. The shipping charges for returning the product are to be paid by the customer.

The amount will be credited to the customer's account within 48 hours of receiving the product. The amount will be credited after examining the product and only after the customer is convinced of the calculated amount. If the customer does not agree with the quoted buyback amount then the product will be re-shipped to the customer and shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
